On the left, What a glorious way to end ther day: the light of the sunset paints in orange – all nuances of orange – the sky and the mist covering the valley. I could not have imagined a more intense way to end this day.
A break between showers, on the right: I caught this picture on the fly, as I walked up towards the cypress trees just outside San Quirico d’Orcia in a rare break between the downpours that have drenched much of this day.
